The proper handling of personal data is extremely important to us. We therefore take great care when processing and protecting your personal data. This is done in accordance with provisions set out in the applicable privacy laws (including the General Data Protection Regulation).

To ensure your privacy as far as possible, we adhere to the following core values:

    Relax. offers online travel-related services through our own website and app. This privacy statement applies to any kind of personal information we collect through our Services.


    What kind of personal data does Relax. collect?

    We can’t help you book your perfect hotel or inspire you for your trip without information. So when you use our Services there are certain pieces of information we ask for. For instance your name, contact details, the names and ages of the people travelling with you, your payment information and what your preferred activities are on the trip (events, sights to visits, sports). In addition to this, we also collect information from your computer, phone, tablet or other device you are using to access our Services. This includes the IP address, the browser you use, and your language settings. There are also situations in which we receive information about you from others or automatically collect other information.


    Why does Relax. collect and use your personal data?

    The main reason we ask you for personal details is to give you the best online hotel booking reservation as possible. We also use your personal data to contact you and to inform you of the latest deals and special offers or services which we believe may be of interest to you.

    We also share your personal information to third parties. There are different parties integrated into the Services Relax. provides. We share your data which is relevant for your hotel stay and to complete your hotel reservation. There are also other parties which can receive some of your relevant data, which are parties we involve to provide you with the Services of Relax. This includes for example - financial institutions, hotel groups, advertisers, and if we are required by applicable law, governmental or other authorities. We do not sell or rent your personal data.     We also collect and process personal data through the app. This works in much the same way as our website.


    How does Relax. secure personal data?
